Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
Because every Keepsong is custom-written and created specifically for you, we do not accept returns on any digital products or personalised orders.
Once work has begun on your Keepsong, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Refunds:
Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once songwriting or production has commenced.
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- An order that cannot be fulfilled by Keepsong Studio for reasons within our control.
- A technical issue preventing delivery of the final digital files that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of Keepsong Studio.
Cancellation Requests:
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that songwriting, research, lyric writing or production work has not yet begun.
If work has already commenced, the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Revisions:
Depending on the package selected, your Keepsong may include revision opportunities as outlined on the product page.
Revision requests are intended for minor adjustments or factual corrections and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Requests for entirely new songs, genres, themes, or major rewrites after delivery will be treated as new orders.
Delivery of Digital Products:
Keepsongs are delivered digitally via downloadable MP3 files and accompanying digital materials such as lyric sheets or artwork.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and able to receive digital deliveries.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you believe your Keepsong contains factual inaccuracies that differ from the information supplied in your questionnaire, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to correct the issue where appropriate.
